An on-prem document understanding platform that turns scans, PDFs, inspection acts, photos and diagrams into structured data with verifiable sources, confidence scoring and a final report.
Problem
Processing scans, PDFs, inspection acts, photos and diagrams often requires manual review: recognizing text, detecting the document type, extracting key fields, validating data, finding errors and preparing a final conclusion. With a large document flow, this takes time, depends on operator attention and does not scale well.
Solution
OtaVizhn Flow Studio organizes document processing as a managed agentic pipeline. A document passes through processing waves: document-type routing, OCR, feature and field extraction, quality checks, AI analysis, validation and final report generation. The operator sees the confidence score, successful checks, errors, skipped steps and can make the final decision.
